Caselot Sale at the Lebanon Coop

The Lebanon Coop is having its annual caselot sale this weekend, October 9 - 11, 2008, from 9AM to 7PM. As families are facing higher expenses and lower incomes, tightening up budgets wherever they can is a priority. If you're a Coop customer, the caselot sale is a great way to buy products in bulk and save quite a bit off the normal price. The sale includes cases of many different items, like canned or frozen vegetables, meats, pasta, sauces and dressings, detergent, tissues and toilet paper. Here's the way it works:

Pick up a Caselot Sale form at the Lebanon Coop (or download the PDF from here). Fill out the form and bring it to the Lebanon Coop during Caselot sale hours. When you enter the store, give your filled in form to a clerk; they'll enter your order and give you a receipt. When you checkout, you'll pay for your order and then pull up your car outside the store at the pickup area where you'll give the order form to the attendants there who will get your items for you. If you have a meat order, take it to the meat counter at the back of the store and they'll help you with it. They may have prepackaged bulk meat available in the refrigerator case across from the meat counter. Sometimes the Coop runs out of items; if that happens, those items will be backordered and the Coop will call you when they arrive in a week or two. You can read more about the Caselot sale on the Coop's web site.
